Unknown Device using my spotify

Right now, as i am typing this, I am having a battle of custody over my OWN spotify account. Device sharing is enabled, as sometimes i use my computer and sometimes my phone. However, an unknown device is hijacking my premium spotify account and disallowing my ability to listen to music. Occasionally, their playlists will also sync with my account and it adds their stuff to my playlist list. It's very annoying to have to have a battle of switching devices just so I can listen to music. What can be done to fix this issue?

Hey, 

Not a great problem to have. You can log in to Spotify on a browser, and you’ll have the option to ‘sign out everywhere’. This’ll sign out any devices logged in to your account!
