Unlinking old account from facebook

I recently started using spotify premium i want to connect it with my facebook. Well apparently i had spotify a long time ago and that account was linked to facebook. Now i have a new account. I have tried everything...going into the old account and deleting it or going on Facebook and deleting spotify off my subscribed apps and it still will not let me log into facebook on my new spotify account. Even after deleting my old spotif account im still able to log into it. Please help because im annoyed.
