Dear spotify,

I haved closed my dutch bank account which my subscription was payed with it.
Due to a chargeback you have disabled my account.
I have made a new username "javedwiermans" to make contact with you

Please disable the account "jwiermans" with e-mail adress "javed.wiermans@gmail.com"

I would like to pay with my credit card for my subscription.
I really want my playlist back.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
