My Question or Issue

Hey there,

I got a problem with an unrecognized device. Yesterday, I found a device (named Sky1371) in my connected devices, which I didn't recognize.

I immediately changed my password and logged all devices off via the web interface (https://www.spotify.com/de/account/overview/). Today I noticed, that the same device was still (or again) logged in. After repeatedly changing the password and logging all devices off with the web interface, the unrecognized device was already logged in, when I myself logged in into the Windows Spotify App. Couldn't have taken more than like 10 seconds to do that.

Does anyone know, what this device could be?

Help is greatly appreciated!

Alright, the problem solved itself. It was a Smart TV in the same WiFi.

I didn't know that there is some Chromecast-like integration and auto-detection.

You all have a nice day!
