Hey.
I unsubscribed yesterday, but apparently you charged me today from my visa card.
Is there any way that you can return the money?

Hey @Melle91,

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

No I didn't receive any mail?
But I know that I followed the unsubscripton all way through, until the webside confirmed I'd cancelled my subscription.
