Is there a way to change the Plan Manager on a Premium / Family Account?

My email address is being deactivated and I want to make another one of my active family accounts the new plan manager so I can delete the old one.

Regarding those of you complaining about the Audiobooks option, one possibility is in the app on the phone, you can add an account. So in the app, the person who wants to listen to audiobooks can add the account of the Plan manager, listen to Audiobooks on their account, then go back to their personal account to listen to music. A pain the in a**, yes, but it is quite easy to flip-flop between accounts on the app. However, this is an absurd problem. The Plan manager should be able to transfer "ownership", audiobooks should be free to the whole family, or a family should be able to designate who gets access to the free audiobooks.
