Updating address for Spotify Family

Hello,

My husband and I are trying to get into the same Family account. Currently, my Spotify details say that my post code is from an old address in the UK and my country is Singapore. I can't update my address in Spotify - it points me to Facebook. I have updated my facebook location to match that with my husbands, but it still doesn't work. I have no idea how to update the postal code. 

Anyone have any tips?

Hey @mvanparidon,

If you matched your country with your husband through Facebook, give it a little while for your Spotify account to take into account those changes from Facebook.

When it does, try again to join your Family plan. Hopefully you won't need to change your post code once your country updates.

Remember that your country in profile must match the country of your IP address too, for you to join the Family plan.
