Upgrading Headache From Free One Month Trial to Paid Family Subscription. HELP.

Have 1 month free trial which ends in one week.  Spouse and son have paid subscriptions which are renewed monthly.  I am trying today to end my free trial and immediately get a family premium subscription (ie. all three members with premium account).  The account page will not allow me to change from free trial today and update to family premium.  This is far more complicated than it should be. Perhaps I am missing something.  Short of simply letting my free trial end on its own and cancelling the two paid subscriptions is there a way to do this simpler. If all else fails, will just end all paid subscriptions and rethink whether it is worth getting a family subscription at all.

We'd suggest you open the account page in a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser.  

If this doesn't help, simply send us a screenshot showing what you see on your end? Just attach the image to your next response to us. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.
