My Question or Issue

I have been asked to verify my credit card information because a payment failed. My credit card information is correct however my account still shows that you couldn't process my payment. Please help.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this. 
 

We'd suggest you try processing the payment once again in a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser.  

 

In case you still experience the same, simply send us a screenshot showing us what you see on your end. Just attach the image to your next response to us. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.
