LOGIN country error

HI, I moved for Ireland to NZ a year and a half ago. I moved my spotify account over to NZ and I am now paying for premium with my NZ money. spotify says that i am now connected to NZ in my account settings however when i go to login on the app and  on my laptop it flashes up on my screen that " I can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days and to update my location". except my account is correct with NZ as it cant be connected to Ireland for my payment to work. currently i cant log into my phone app spotify or my laptop. any suggestions? Thank you!

Welcome to the Community! 

 

Sorry to hear you're having difficulties accessing your account. Can you try using the web player before logging in to the app again? Make sure you're not using any VPN or Proxy so your location can be detected correctly.

 

On the other hand, if you're on a Premium plan, you're country settings wouldn't matter and we'd therefore recommend you double-check that you're logged in to the correct account. Follow these ways to find other accounts
