Hey buddies! I'm trying to get upgraded but I'm facing troubles with payment. I'm using correctly my card, entering all numbers appropriately but the system keeps rejecting my payment (I do have money in the account). 

 

Any idea why is this happening?

Is there a more specific message given by the system?

 

What kind of payment card are you using?

It says:

  • Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.

But It's been saying that days ago. I'm using MasterCard.
