Upgrading to family plan

Upgrading to family plan

Previously had 3 separate Spotify accounts. I upgraded to the family plan and added my other 2 spotify accounts to the family plan. Do I need to cancel the other two accounts to avoid monthly charges for them or does it automatically cancel them when the accept the family plan request and sign in?

Hey @Trudybrereton,

 

When you accept the invite, you're added to Premium for Family when your current billing period runs out. You won't be charged for your account any further - your payments are handled by the plan owner.

 

However, if your Premium subscription is currently handled by a third party - such as iTunes or your mobile operator - you'll need to contact them to cancel your Premium first.
