Upgrading to premium from free using NUS extra

Hi, I'm a student aged 18 and I'm trying to upgrade my account to premium using my NUS extra card that expires 29/09/15.

I have tried on safari and google chrome to put in my NUS details on the web page but every time I put in my NUS card number the message "technical error" keeps popping up.

I don't know if I'm typing in the wrong number or something, i mean I'm assuming its the 18 digits on the front of my card.

Please help
