Used incorrect email during sign up

Used incorrect email during sign up

I am a social media manager and recently created a playlist for a company event using my work email. We printed the spotify code on the invitations. I just tried logging back into that account and it said that there wasn't an account associated with that email (my work email). I'm afraid that I incorrectly typed in my email when I registered. In fact, I know I did because I never received a confirmation email. While it might not seem like a big deal, just register with the correct email this time...we have already printed hundreds of invites with the spotify code. Please. SOS
