Username

I'm registered with Facebook and i can't choose my username, automatically i have a random number (useless and ridiculous, i can't remember).

I'm considering whether to buy the premium or use another services (Deezer or Google Music), but if my username is a random number i can't use Spotify.

I can't register a new account because my email is used with facebook (and spotify) and i need to delete my account...How? (but can i save my playlist and follow first?)

Or more more more simple, can change my username in "Mandilux"?

 

I tried to contact with email, but at 2/3 days still no response... I do not know if you do not want customers, but with this username i never use Spotify.

 

Thanks a lot, if help me... otherwise thank you for help me in my choice for a music service.

Hi,

 

Yes, emailing the customer support team was the right move. Reply directly to the email confirmation you received and someone will be in touch!

I don't have received any email... How manu days i need waiting?

If you didn't get an automated reply (which is a confirmation of case submission) either your case didn't get submitted or you aren't getting emails from Spotify for some reason.

Try opening another case here and see if you get an email back?

Just wondering why you really want to set your username? With a Facebook connected account you will probably never see it since Spotify will use your real name.

I don't receive any support from spotify in 8 days.

Many free services are more efficient and this i would also like to pay, I think I will opt for Deezer or Google Music.

Could you let us know your 8-digit case number (it is in the subject line of the automated email reply)? We can ask someone to see what has happened to it for you.
