Using Spotify in our Office

Hi,

Evereywhere I read it says spotify is for personal use. Does this prevent us from using Spotify in our office - it will be to play Spotify out over the whole office to all employees. We do get visitors and clients come into the office as well who would therefore hear the music.

Does Spotify allow this?

Hi there @Matt19849 and welcome to the community! Unfortunately, Spotify is not available for business use as it's an individual user setup. However, if you are in Sweden, you do have access to Spotify Business and Enterprise. Check out this link here.

Thanks for the responses, just to clarify - we are using it for our staff in our office and not brodcasting it to the public as such so would that be personal use of commercial use?

Hey there @Matt19849! That would still classify as commercial. Personal use is only for indidviduals to listen to. That's the agreement that SPotify has reached with the record labels that allows you to get the music free or very cheap with the premium esrvice. 

Sorry for the inconvenience, but the labels want their money!
