Valid Premium account through Sonera suddenly changed to Free

Valid Premium account through Sonera suddenly changed to Free

I have a valid three month free Premium account through Sonera here in Finland from 1 June onwards (proof of receipt exists - Sonera admits the existence of the account). Yesterday Aug 1 you suddenly changed my account to Spotify Free for no discernible reason. Please change it back to Premium as soon as possible. Sonera here in Finland cannot help at all. Things like this shoud not happen at all.

We've had a look at your account and seen it's active as Premium as of today, but there was a cancelation on your subscription on the 12th Jul 2016. Since Sonera is the company managing it, we'd suggest getting in touch with them directly to have detailed info about this matter.
