premium account in another country

Hi,

I´ve been having problems with my account. Recently I traveled to other country and suddenly my account didn´t work anymore because it says that I can only use spotify abroad for 14 days, but I have a premium account and that should be no problem am I right?

Could somebody help me please?

We've had a look at your account and seen that your subscription was paused since the payment for this month's renewal hasn't been processed. We'd suggest getting in touch with us via this contact form, on Twitter with the @SpotifyCares handle, or on our Facebook page to have it sorted out.
