Volume too quiet (couldn't reply to previous post)

Recently the volume from Spotify has dropped so significantly that I have to turn up the app to full volume to get it even close to loud enough. My external devices are also cranked up. As someone that listens to music quietly I don't expect to have this issue. Have you dropped the volume? As is seems very quiet in comparison to previous versions of the app. I may have to look at an alternative if this isn't fixed. I posted this before but could not reply. It happens on both IOS and Desktop app but seems worse on IOS
