WHY DOES IT KEEP SAYING INVALID ADDRESS

I recently tried to change my address since I just moved into a new apartment unit in my apartment complex and it keeps saying invalid address, I just changed the apartment number of my address. I'm re-trying it and I've updated the app already. This is frustrating.

In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info. Are you trying to join a Family/Duo plan? If yes, please let us know. Is your account currently on a Premium plan?

You can also send us a screenshot of the error you see when trying to update the address, so we can better visualize what's happening on your side. Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info in the screenshot you'll send us.

I am having a similar issue.  I live on a half street, and it will not accept it.  I had to use 10th Ave instead of 10 1/2.  I sure hope Spotify doesn't send mailers or my neighbor is going to be **bleep**.
