WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT

I live in Germany, but I don't speak German. My whole spotify account is in German because that's where my location is. I subscribed to the Premium feature so I could listen to my music offline while I ride my bike to work. But now when I play it there's no sound during playback. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nothing. And I keep trying to cancel my subscribtion but I'm still getting charged. And I can't just email anyone, I have to post every question I have in a forum and wait til someone gives me a possible answer. I just want to cancel my subscription. Why can't I just do that? why is there no button for that? If there is, why is there no button to change my language so that I can find that button? Why isn't there a "contact us" button?

I really like spotify. I like all the features and the potential it has. But these are some basic things that I can't find. I've been getting charged for a couple months now without realizing it because I thought I had canceled my subscription. It shouldn't be that difficult.

I'm also not getting any email notifications when someone replies to my posts because I can't update my profile to have my current email address. I don't know why that is.
