The email is <removed> or <removed> Thank
you for your response.
the facebook accounts email that it was linked to was **********@hotmail.com
Thanks for that. There were two accounts linked to that, one was pretty empty.
Here are the playlists from the other...

Just copy and paste each line into your Spotify and the playlist will pop up. Once you've done so, if you'd like us to delete the links, just say so.
ive tried most of the links, none of them worked but im pretty sure its the pretty empty account thats the correct one. I think there's only one or two playlists one the one I'm trying to access.
Ok, how about these...

yep thats the one! thanks a lot 🙂
I'm not able to find my old account number. How can I log in if my email is the same as my Facebook?
@chocopicante Please don't post all over the place. It will just confuse you and those who try to help. I replied to you in the other thread.
I can't find the answer to how I can retrieve old account info.

If you get in touch using the form @Joe linked to in reply to your post on this topic the Spotify team will be able to get that sorted for you.

Hey, I have kind of the same problem.
My spotify didn't work for a few weeks, but now it did, BUT all my songs are gone! All my 2000 songs that I have saved since I started with spotify. I signed in with facebook. I had a few playlists, and now they are gone.
What should I do? they weren't deleted, they were just not there anymore 😞
Hey @Paow95
How do you usually log in to Spotify? With username and password? or with Facebook?
It could be that you logged into an empty account by logging in with Facebook.
Try the tips in this help article to see if that works:

Let me know how it goes.
with facebook app on my deskop.
I may have overwritten it by accident.
I haven't been able to log into my spotify for a while.. so I tried my moms.
But then I managed to klick the log in with facebook.. then I got 2 options - log into my moms, or - I haven't used spotify before (even if I have)
So I clicked the last one... and now everything is gone, even if it's the same facebook I've always been using! 😮 😞
It's not that, already tried to log in with username.
I suggest you contact support so they can help you find out what the problem is so you can get your music back.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
I am also having this issue. I perminately deleted my facebook account a few months ago.. and JUST realized that it caused me to lose all of my playlists associated with that account. Is there anyway I can give you the email that was used for that account and have those playlists recovered?
