Accidently reversed entry of Spotify, can't log in on the website anymore

I accidently reversed the Spotify entry and now I can't log in, not even to change my payment details. Does anyone know how I can retrieve my account?

I have tried to email you, but I did not get a response. On facebook I get directed to the app and can not send a message. I don't have twitter. My spotify account is linked to my facebook (Jorn Mondt). Maybe that helps?
