Want to upgrade to Premium

Hi,

I wanted to change my account to Spofiy Premium - Family Plan. When trying to upgrade, received an error messaged saying that "Spotify has not launched in the country where my card was issued." Card is issued by a US bank and Spotify has launched in the US. Please advise.
