Was going to cancel but charged today

Hello, I was using the premium free trial. For some reason I thought the trial ended tommorow so I logged on today to see that it actually ended today and I was already charged $10. I haven't even used the service at all today, so I'm seeing if theres a way I can get a refund.

You got your trial through Apple right? You added your credit card info in when you got your Premium trial, and you didn't cancel your subscription so it continued as a Premium subscription afterwards.

To get a refund you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply email address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam/Junk folder because sometimes emails might end up there.

not through apple, I just went on the website. And I looked at the contact form but theres nothing for me to fill out and or specific page where I can send someone something. I'll try the twitter thing, but I dont remember my email.

On the contact form click on "subscription"

 

then scroll down and click on "other" and then click the "I still need help" button and you will see a form to fill out.
