My Question or Issue

 

Hi, I was looking to subscribe to Spotify premium but I keep getting this error "We failed to log you in", which is weird as in the app I am logged in and can play music and use Spotify completely fine, however when I go to pay/subscribe to premium I receive this error, I've looked online and on here to try find if anyone else had something similar but I can't seem to find it.

I have tried closing and reopening the app, waiting hours, uninstalling and reinstalling and logging in differently but none makes a difference. 

My account is signed in through email if that helps and I've been logging in through that part. 

Apologies if I should have posted this in the payment area of the FAQ instead I've never posted on here before. 

 

I greatly appreciate any help! Thank you.

Hey @sapphire5, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Can you try subscribing to Premium through this link? If that doesn’t work, can you truy try the same steps using a different browser or private window? If you’re still having troubles, let me know if you also get a similar error message to the one you’re seeing in the app. 

I also recommend a clean reinstall following these steps as they’re more thorough than a simple reinstall.
