What to do if I want to access to an account and Spotify says I'm offline

I am trying to access to my personal account of Spotify but it appears that I’m offline, I uninstalled the app tons of times and tried again to access to my account but everything is the same

We understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use the steps for a clean reinstall mentioned in this article? 

If so and the issue persists, would you mind trying with a different network connection? If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it. 

Lastly, include the following info in your next response to continue investigating it:

• Your device info (make/model) and OS version
• Exact Spotify version
