Where is my account?

Where is my account?

Had premium since October,  as of 2 days ago it looks as if I am a new customer.   Am I still getting charged?   Can I get back my playlists?  What happened? And I don't know my old user name or password for spotify.  So sad.

Hi Jsmokinmoney- At the moment I can only find a new account registered with your email address.

 

Not to worry, we can find your original account.  A reply to the case you opened is on the way now.
