I just noticed when going through my bank account that my card has been charged monthly for 99dkk (i'm in Denmark) since march this year.
I did not start a premium anything with Spotify. Somehow I have two accounts, but both of them are Free accounts.
I checked my kids computers and devices to make sure they don't have a premium account. So, as far as I know, nobody in the house has a premium account at Spotify.
I need to know why my card has been charged now 5 times and for whose account I've been paying for... and I want my money back if this is a mistake on Spotify's part.

That doesn't sound right. I'd suggest you get in touch with a member of the stuff so that they can take a look under the hood for you! To do that, you can either use their twitter handle @SpotifyCares or their Facebook page. Alternatively you can use the contact form. Just make sure in that case to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages even if it's a no-reply!
Also, make sure you have added all the necessary information and accounts so that support can take a better look into things 🙂 They usually reply within 24-48 hours.

i am having the same issue with my card being charged when i dont have premuim.... please let me know how you got this problem resolved... i would really appriciate it thank you (:
