Won't receive any pin code

I've been trying to subscribe to the 9 pesos 3 month promo here in spotify through mobile payment which is through Globe. I've been submitting my number for like 5 times already and it's been hours and I still haven't receive any pin code.

I also have the same problem, it states;

Oops, seems the credit on your prepaid card is insufficient. Please try again or use another payment method.
I have recently reloaded my number with more than enough load balance, but still shows the same error message.

I tried calling globe. They cant solve it either.. They say that i should ask spotify about it.. darn.

For globe I think you should be in post paid because I have a prepaid sim card I tried to put my number, I doesn't work but when I put the postpaid number I received the PIN Code

Same thing appearing on my end. It won't even allow me to send the GETPIN message to 8823.
