Wont let me upgrade again

I recently had my debt card stolen so I was issued a new one. My Spotify Premium account was automatically stopped. I am trying to upgrade again to Premium with my new card and it is giving me "Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method."

I have tried another family members card and it gives the same message. I also called my bank and they said my card is showing no problems, so it is on Spotifys end.

Help please?

Hi. You should contact spotify directly by going to Fill the contact form and afterwards, check for an automatic mail and then reply it with the same explanation. They take up to 24hrs to respond

Thank you, but I have already attempted to contact them twice. No luck.

they are the ones who have access to the accounts and can resolve payment problems. You should insist on that channel. Did you reply the automatic mail after sending the contact form?
