Working online but not my Android

 

Last night I listened to Spotify on my Android with no problem. Today it's logged me out. At first when I tried to log in, it logged in and logged out directly. Now it's telling me I need to verify what country I'm in. But I've verified that I'm in Thailand, and I can use the online webplayer on my PC without a problem. So why can't I use it on my phone anymore?

Thanks for sharing that. If you're a Free user, a good start would be to make sure that the country registered on your account matches the one you're currently located in. Have a look here to learn more about country settings depending on your subscription status.

 

If this doesn't work, follow the steps below, and try logging in after each step:

  1. Make sure to turn off any VPN connections you might have.
  2. Re-install the app on your Android device and restart it.
  3. Reset your password
