I am writing this here as i faced worst customer support by spotify. this is the worst ever with any company i have faced so far . 8 regular advisors and 1 from their so called speciality team were just a piece of s.. in action as none could solve my account access issue. The main reason too is that they were ending the convo in middle wth are they there to solve it just end the chat when they like it without solving the user issue. 

hope you will contact from your end through your advisors who were not merely humans but ai as far of my convo with them .

Some advisors name are ;- Johnray S , Sai K , Orven g, Andi B, etc and Rachelle from their so called speciality team.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience with Support. At times, connectivity issues may cause a live chat to end on both sides. Can you let me know what’s happening with your account in more detail? Once I get more information, I’ll see what to suggest.

The thing actual is that my spotify account got hacked as i can't login into it from the registered mail, but when i contacted them, they said they can't do anything in this matter. I had got the subscription on May 5. Even if they doubted on my ownership on that account they must have asked me about the authenticity but no they won't do anything. I once sent the transaction receipt to one advisor but he ended the conversation without informing anything. 
Help me how can i get access to the same account.
