Wrong Profile from Facebook

I removed Spotify App from Facebook. Afterwards I noticed that I need Facbook to log in into Spotify. So I decided to log in with Facebook again.

Everything should be as before.

But now I have a new Profile ID.

How can I log in with my old Profile ID?
