Wrong email address

Hi, I've had a problem with duplicate accounts. When I log into Spotify via Facebook, I get my premium account. WhenI log in using my email address, I get the free account. However, the email address shown on my Facebook account does not belong to me. I have tried to change it but I don't know what the password is, so it won't let me. How has this happened and how can I fix it?

It'll be best to get in touch with the Support team for this one. Just fill out the Contact form or send a DM to @SpotifyCares. They should be able to update the email on your Premium account and close the Free account to avoid login mix-ups 🙂
