Hello, I have recently sent a request for my email to be changed on my account as I used the wrong one and need to change my password as I can't remember it. I specified in the request that I wanted them to send the reply to the one I want to change the account to but don't know if they have realized this... Help!

Just to be sure, open another case using this online contact form making sure you use your working email address in the first box.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
