Im still waiting for somebody to rectify this issue. I have also posted in your message boards. My user id is 12138533848 and my Spotify Case #02991767. Im unable to change my country from US to Canada with my Facebook login.

I have followed all the steps from your help pages but the problem is on your end as per your support topic here and Im tired of being sent auto replies rather than some human who actually looks into my problem and rectifies this issue rather than giving me the constant run around.
