My Question or Issue

I am really **bleep**. Me and my daughter had a Duo plan, which i subscribed somewhere April on 8th to be precise. Because of the price increase my 99€ gift card was used up and I cancelled my plan so me and the account of my daughter went back to free.

 

In the recent weeks, we moved to my girlfriend. She converted her plan to Family and sent me a invitation link, I was able to join without any issue.

 

But my daughters account having issue, and get an error which states that you can only join a plan every 12 months.

 

How stupid is this, as I was able to join the family plan and she now. 

Even in her account I dont see, when she would be able to join?

 

Any advice?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If your daughter is seeing that error message, it means that she already switched Duo/Family plans once within the last 12 months. She can always re-join the plan she was last in, or wait until the 12 months are up. If she doesn't want to wait, she could create a new account at https://spotify.com/signup.
