'Your Music' shows no music!

My mum logged into her spotify account this morning and her music in her Your Music tab wasn't showing Songs, Artists, Albums etc. So she tried to re-add some of the music she knew she had on there, and it said the music was already on her iPad! So the music must be on there somewhere, just not showing - can anyone help us on what to do? Thank you 🙂

This sounds bizzare. First of all, have you tried doing a clean reinstall of the app? You can do so by following the steps here.

It's also worth to try resetting your device by switching it off for a couple of minutes.

I'd also recommend making sure that your mum is logged into the correct account/username.
