Hello, I am trying to redeem the Zalando Plus offer for 5 months of Spotify Premium. I created a brand new Spotify account that has never had Premium. When I open the offer from Zalando, I get the message: “You do not meet the requirements for this plan.” Any ideas what can I do? I am trying from mobile, chrome, safari...

I'm sorry to hear this. This may happen because of a country/region mismatch. Can you verify that your region settings match the one listed for the promotion? You can check and manage these settings following these steps. 

I'd also recommend reaching out to Zalando to see if they have further information regarding the eligibility of the promotion.
