account hacked

My premium account was hacked and someone changed the email address on the account and I cant send in a contact form or change the password. How can I get this fixed since there is no phone number to call. This is a second account I created since I cannot do anything with my real one or even log in 

The email address of the hacker (and now the account I guess is): sebasrusin11111@gmail.com

My original account name was: dcsp3x
