For some reason i cannot get in to my spotify was working fine i seem to have 2 accounts one which is via facebook which seems to be linked to my current email address so when i do the reset i get told its via facebook! But my premium account which i only know the user name for i cant get in to! And i dont know which email address its linked too i really dont know ehat else to try

That's a bit odd. Are you trying to reset your password in your second account, the one that is Premium?
