account hacked

hello, someone I don’t know has logged into my account and even when I get them logged out, they log in again. They interrupt almost every song and I’m worried I’m going to lose all my music and my subscription. Is there any other way I can get them off of my account so that they can’t get back in?

After contacting Spotify, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.
