billed but no premium

I tried to get the college price ($4.99) and it said that i wasnt a college student, which i am at San Diego Christian College. Not a big deal, except for i was billed the ($4.99) but am still on the free version.

If you contact the payments team through the online contact form they can definitely fix this for you. If you receive a no-reply e-mail directing you back to the community, just reply to it and you will be connected with an agent that is more than happy to assist you!
