can't connect

I've seen many people with this problem.  Getting incorrect username/password when trying to connect with facebook.  When I try to log in on my MAC using safari an error message pops up saying too many redirects.   Odd thing is when I hit the back button it will show me being logged in.  But as soon as I hit account settings it goes back to too many redirects.  This is incredibly frustrating.  This occured when my spotify premium ran out however I can't get back on the renew it!
