Hi, I wanted to join my family's spotify plan, but I can't seem to join because they keep telling me I'm part of another family plan already. I don't recall joining any other family plans, but it could be the fact that I accidentally upgraded my own account to a family account when I was messing around with my account a while back. Can't seem to find the cancel family subscription option, so looking for help ASAP 🙂

Hi Maxim, I've already tried that option and my account is currently a free account. However it's still facing the same problem. See the attached pic of my homepage - it's a free account, but it's still a family account? As long as it's a family account, I can't join my family's plan.

Thanks for the screenshot. I can see that you've cancelled your subscription and it will end on the 17/07/2016. Once the subscription has ended, you can join the Premium for Family plan.
