I have been trying multiple times to delete my premium subscription, but with no success. I think the problem is that the bar where i should write my password to confirm the cancellation is missing. what can i do?
Already used 3 different browsers: chrome, safari and firefox

We'd like to see if this is a connection issue. What exactly happens when you click 'Cancel My Subscription' without entering a password?
If you reset your wireless router/try a different device over a different network, does that help?
In the meantime, I've seen that you're being helped by our email team.
They'll be able to help cancel your subscription.
