can't log in/ 2 accounts with the same username

Last week I had problems with both spotify on my pc and on my phone. It just kept telling me that I am offline and can't connect (I was connected to the internet). so I tried everything. Uninstalled it, refreshed it several times and then I logged out. When I tried to log back in it didn't work. So I gave up and few days later I tried again and I logged in. Everything was fine with the app on my phone, but when I logged in on my laptop, I was in an account with no playlists, no added songs, no followers, NOTHING. I found my real account in the search bar, but couldn't do anything about it. When I looked at my phone I saw that the account has changed with the one which has nothing in it. I want to return back my old account with all the things in it. HELP
