can't log in

earlier today I was randomly logged out of my account and when I tried to log back in to was saying my email was incorrect I tried resetting my password but I never got an email

Did you receive any other emails about any changes to your Spotify account? Additionally, try resetting your password here using a different browser or private window.

If that doesn't help, provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing exactly when you log in. Make sure to hide personal information when posting to the Community.
