can't reedem 12 months 18app spotify code

Hi, i converted from the site 18 app italia a 120€ code for a 12 months spotify premium code on the spotify 18 app site, i redeemed only a 1 months code this month, and now it says this: "You can’t redeem this code because you’ve hit the limit for the months of Spotify Premium you can redeem at one time. Please try again later." and now i can't use the code, i read on the faq site of spotify 18 app that the code on 31/12/2018 will expire so how i can use the code?

Thanks for reaching out to us - we'll be glad to help.

It is likely that you have redeemed too many Premium codes recently. You can only redeem 4 gift cards per month (note, this doesn't mean calendar month, but a 30-day period). The system has this in place to prevent abuse.

You will have to wait a month from when you last redeemed a code to be able to redeem the one you have converted. By then the code won't have expired, so no need to worry.

i already have 18 months of premium on my account, if i wait 1 month and try to use the 12 months code it will work or not? because if the code expires by the end of the year i can do nothing and it doesn't make sense...

Thanks for getting back to us.

You can only have 18 months of prepaid Premium active on one account. So you won't be able to redeem a 12-month prepaid code until you have less than 6 months left on your account.

Maybe there is someone dear in your life you can make happy with some Premium 🙂
